Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoice-based billing and custom payment terms.

How is usage calculated?
Usage is tracked per calendar month. Each API request counts toward your monthly limit. Rate limits are enforced per minute based on your tier. You can monitor your usage in real-time from your dashboard.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
All new users start with the Free plan, which includes 100 requests per minute and 100K requests per month. This lets you test the API before committing to a paid plan.
